bbcon is the tech conference for a better world. With sessions for arts and cultural organizations, cause-based nonprofits, educational institutions, faith communities, healthcare organizations, foundations, and corporate giving, this conference provides an unmatched experience for all social good professionals.
We’re excited to announce that we're shifting bbcon 2020 from a physical setting to a global virtual gathering October 6–8.
We understand that risks associated with large-scale live events this year remain unknown, and we also recognize that many organizations face tough budget decisions, especially related to travel and professional development opportunities. We’re committed to bringing you the latest tools and industry trends and facilitating invaluable connections with peers—and we’re committed to doing that safely.
We want to connect as many people in the social good community as possible, and we want to do it safely, so in light of COVID-19, bbcon is now proceeding as a global virtual gathering.
We’re excited to deliver bbcon 2020 unconstrained by physical limitations. We recognize the unique opportunity to connect more people in the social good community with thought leadership and best practices, technology trends and innovations, and peer networking in a reimagined format.
We are in the process of formulating an exciting agenda and reviewing all submissions. Our intent is to lock-in the agenda early this summer. If you submitted a session for bbcon, stay tuned. We plan to reach out to in the coming months.
We realize some of you may wish to keep your travel plans to Seattle. If you wish to keep your hotel reservation as booked, then no action is needed.
If you reserved one of our bbcon hotel room blocks through our bbcon housing website, please contact them directly to cancel your reservation. Please send an email to: email@example.com.
Important note: if you booked a hotel outside of the bbcon housing block you are responsible for contacting the hotel directly.
We will connect with all sponsors directly about virtual sponsorship benefits.
