Gift officers need to be set up for success in their work. Utilizing data from the 180+ institutions in the fundraiser performance management community, we will examine a variety of factors to consider when creating a portfolio management strategy. We will discuss trends that are emerging or continuing, what strategies to consider as officers move into the digital age, and what this may mean for future goals. Audience members will leave with recommendations they can implement in their own organization.
