Expanding Traditional Corporate Philanthropy to Include Employee Wellness
Corporate philanthropy has evolved and taken many different shapes over the years in large part due to employee needs and desires. Gone are the days of an annual campaign with programs designed and segmented to meet the needs of every individual employee's passion. This employee-driven mindset has encouraged corporate leaders to expand the responsibilities of the social good team, making them experts in giving, volunteering, diversity, inclusion, and most recently, employee wellness. This panel will discuss how they integrated employee wellness into their programs and what they learned along the way.
