Grace has worked at Blackbaud for almost 5 years working across our full suite of Products. Initially joining Blackbaud as a Customer Support Analyst, Grace worked with Raiser’s Edge, Online Express, Luminate Online, Financial Edge and as an integration specialist. Grace then transitioned to our Customer Success organization where she worked with customers to adopt and grow their online giving presence while leveraging Blackbaud Merchant Services and Online Express. Today, Grace serves as our Product Manager for all things Payment Services working to build delightful features for our customers.
