After fundraising in the UK from '88 up to '02 I worked in events, direct marketing and my last job before crossing to the dark side - heading up fundraising and marketing at UK mental health charity, Mind.

The dark side wasn’t too dark. In 2002, I co-founded Pareto Fundraising and later a charity call centre, Pareto Phone and we helped charities raise over $1bn.

After selling the business to concentrate on training I co-founded Moceanic, dedicated to lifting your ability to increase revenue for your charity.
