Thomas currently leads Mission BI, a Blackbaud ISV Partner and Blackbaud Marketplace Application Developer. Mission BI supports nonprofits with solutions that expand reporting capabilities.

Thomas worked at Blackbaud from 1996-2000, first in a Customer Support role and then in Sales. After Blackbaud, he continued in the nonprofit space as an independent consultant, helping Blackbaud customers achieve improvements in their day-to-day business processes, data quality, and reporting.
