Meg Bailey brings to Graham-Pelton expertise in major gifts and donor relations in both healthcare and education.

Prior to joining Graham-Pelton, Meg served as Assistant Director of Development at Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health. Her relationship management skills enabled her to manage over 100 high-capacity major gift prospects, including a portfolio of donors that drove the campaign to establish a new kidney transplant center. Meg also focused on grateful patient programming and clinician engagement, working with more than 40 physicians to identify and engage grateful patients for their respective service areas.
Meg has additional development experience from her time at the University of Chicago in the College Development Office, first as the Development Associate and then as Assistant Director of Parent and Family Philanthropy. As the Assistant Director, Meg led the Dean’s Parent and Family Council activities, a group composed of the College’s most philanthropic parents and families. She also managed a portfolio of leadership giving prospects and served as the College’s liaison for conveying parent fundraising strategy across campus. As the Development Associate, Meg supported the College’s alumni major gifts strategy by organizing Visiting Committee meetings and cultivation events, producing pipeline strategies and reports, and overseeing the College’s stewardship program, which produced nearly 200 annual impact reports for major and principal gift donors.

Meg earned her Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Park Administration from Illinois State University and her Master of Science in Strategic Fundraising and Philanthropy from Bay Path University.
