Blackbaud

Jill S. Galloway is a 21-year veteran of Blackbaud, known for her ability to connect with people across cultures, sites and divisions. A highly skilled program manager with a proven talent for working with people and teams across complex organizations, she now leads as the Principal Program Manager responsible for the integration of new processes and teams resulting from mergers and acquisitions and other strategic corporate initiatives.

The daughter of a U.S. Army serviceman, Jill grew up moving frequently within the United States and Europe.  This experience, coupled with her natural passion for helping others, led her to a career in social work with the South Carolina Department of Social Services.  When she pivoted into technology, she brought her interest in human dynamics to her work.

Jill is the founding leader of the business affinity group for African Americans and allies at Blackbaud, serves with Social Venture Partners Charleston, and is on the board of her church.  She holds a BS in Psychology from the College of Charleston and a graduate certificate in Technical Project Management from The Citadel, where she is currently working toward her Master’s degree.
