There is no substitution policy for new virtual registrants as attendance is FREE. Blackbaud will not issue substitutions and we encourage all team members to sign up who are looking to access the content.

bbcon 2020

Paid in-person registrants received an email with instructions on how to request a transfer and a deadline to complete this action by July 3, 2020. All registrants who request a transfer and are paying by invoice will only be able to transfer if the invoice was already paid. Registrants with an unpaid invoice will receive a confirmation that the invoice has been cancelled. When submitting, you can also opt-in for bbcon 2020 Virtual. Those who transfer their registration to next year will not be issued a refund for this year and will receive details for a complimentary pass when bbcon 2021 registration opens. Pass details will be sent to the name and email address of the original registrant.

If your organization needs to substitute the original paid registrant for another colleague, please send a written request to conference@blackbaud.com. Submissions should come from the original registrant when possible. Blackbaud staff will gather necessary information for the substitute, update registration details, and send a confirmation to the new registrant. Transfer details for bbcon 2021 will be sent to the substitution name and email address if substitution was fully processed.

All current registrants who did not take the action above by July 3 will receive a full refund for paid registrations and were automatically registered for access to bbcon 2020 Virtual in July 2020.
