This session will provide attendees with an overview of advisory boards, answering the “why” to the question “are they valuable when they require so much time” and how they can lead to real impact through directed purpose. Offering real-life examples from two MI University (both private and public institutions), we will discuss details about membership, structure, activation and supporting documentation.
