inHive is a leading global expert on alumni network building in low-resourced contexts. We don't believe that our greatest world challenges such as gender equity, youth unemployment and fairer societies can be tackled alone. For too long our organisations, and even our networks have been working in isolated siloes—competing more often than collaborating, and this cannot continue. This session will look at an alternative: how we can build networks that drive progress towards a collective good without compromising or threatening individual success.
