Michael Van Dyke is a strategic consultant at Blackbaud and works with clients utilizing the Blackbaud Fundraiser Performance Management™ platform. She has over 15 years of experience in the world of fundraising, mostly working for smaller organizations in prospect research/manager roles. Before coming to Blackbaud, she earned her MLIS and taught Information Literacy and Research Skills at the community college level. Throughout her career, she has remained passionate about empowering people to use technology and information to make better decisions that have a greater impact on social good.
