Lindsay Lewis has worked for the YMCA since 2003 and has served in association leadership roles for the last 10 years. She has an analytical mindset, a drive to develop others, and finds gaps to ensure success. She currently serves as the executive director of philanthropy and data management, outlining strategy using data-guided decisions. Lindsay holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Southern Illinois University: Carbondale. She obtained her professional certification in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge® in 2021 and her Fundamentals Certification in 2020.
