Amy Shaiman has worked with Higher Education technology systems for over 13 years, including Blackbaud Guided Fundraising™, Blackbaud Fundraiser Performance Management™, Banner Advancement, and others. She is currently an application team leader at Miami University, where her responsibilities include reporting, data analysis, management/support of Blackbaud FPM, Blackbaud GF, Banner Advancement, Banner Document Management, and OAS (business intelligence). She is active in multiple product community sites and has won awards for community engagement. Amy has Bachelor's and Master's degrees, a mini-M.B.A., and holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
