Eddie Padilla has been working in prospect research for over six years at Cal State LA. He got his start in the area of prospect research and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge® at California State University as a student assistant. Over the past two years, he has immersed himself in Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT®. In 2020, he successfully moved the fundraisers at Cal State LA into Raiser's Edge NXT, which allowed for a system overhaul including a comprehensive reporting system and collaboration between prospect research and fundraisers.
