Jill Zelmanovits is the CEO of Girl Guides of Canada/Guides du Canada (GGC), a national youth-serving organization with 95,000+ girl and adult members, whose mission is to be a catalyst for girls empowering girls. For the last 20 years, Jill has dedicated her career to improving the lives of girls and women in Canada and around the world. Jill is fiercely passionate about gender equality, girl empowerment, and passing the mic to girls so that we hear their voices loudly. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School, and is fluently bilingual. When Jill isn’t chasing her passions, you will find her traveling and exploring the world with her family, running, reading (generally multiple books at a time!), or keeping up with political affairs.
