Kaitlyn Downs is a Product Manager on Blackbaud's Payments team with extensive experience training users on a variety of Blackbaud solutions. She joined Blackbaud in 2017 as a Software Instructor specializing in Raiser’s Edge NXT and Blackbaud Grantmaking. She moved to the Payments team in 2019 as a BBMS Customer Success Manager helping organizations set up their credit card processing, optimize their online donation forms, and streamline their back-office reconciliation. Kaitlyn has been able to draw from her background in database administration, gift processing, and event management to create and present webinars about Raiser's Edge NXT, Peer-to-Peer Fundraising powered by JustGiving, and Blackbaud Merchant Services to help customers successfully leverage their software tools. Her nonprofit background reflects her passion to serve people and communities and deep understanding of the social good industry.
