Pam Loeb is a principal and member of Edge Research's senior management team. For over 25 years, Pam has designed, executed, and analyzed custom marketing research studies for hundreds of corporations, nonprofits, foundations, associations, and government agencies. She works with large and small corporations on branding, positioning, new product development, and user experience testing; but is also passionate about helping nonprofits with their unique challenges—donor development and retention, public education, and advocacy efforts. Pam is a RIVA-trained moderator and a member of the Qualitative Research Consultant's Association (QRCA). Pam and her family live in Baltimore, Maryland, where she is involved in a variety of civic organizations and serves on the board of Art with a Heart. She formerly served on the board of Friends School of Baltimore and the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts.
