Abi is one of the most experienced practitioners in low-cost alumni community building. After helping to pioneer the concept in the UK at Future First (where she worked with over 100 schools and colleges), she has been the leading advocate for community building around young people internationally from Australia and New Zealand to Kenya and Peru. She led global research into alumni communities and produced numerous guides and reports for organisations around the world. She was the key expert designing inHive’s methodology that has been successfully used on 10 projects in eight countries with school networks, NGOs, governments, and foundations.
