bbcon is Blackbaud's annual customer conference that brings together our entire community for three days of sharing, learning, inspiration, and innovation.
After three years as a virtual gathering, we are back LIVE this year in Denver, October 22-24. We can’t wait to welcome thousands of Blackbaud users and those interested in learning more about how to use Blackbaud’s software to fuel their social impact.
In 2023, we are excited to co-locate the Blackbaud K–12 User Conference at bbcon. Now K–12 private schools can connect their whole school community together for the learning event of the year.
The in-person event will be hosted at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.

The in-person agenda includes inspiring keynotes, luminary super sessions featuring industry experts from across the sector, and educational breakout sessions across three days. It includes networking activities, a Welcome Reception and our bbcon bash. In addition, our Marketplace offers access to Blackbaud experts, partners, and sponsors showcasing the latest products and services for the social good community. Yes, some bbcon sessions will offer CE credits. Blackbaud University CE credits can be found here. A list of general breakout sessions qualifying for CE credits will be shared when we release session catalog this summer.

Blackbaud University Day and Developer Workshops are part of our pre-conference agenda hosted on October 21 The purchase of a full conference pass is required to attend the preconference. Blackbaud University Day includes deep-dive training on the Raiser’s Edge NXT, Financial Edge NXT, K–12 solutions, and Microsoft. Blackbaud customers with a Learn Everything subscription will receive a 20% discount off the price of the pre-conference add on.

We have secured discounted rates at a variety of hotels in downtown Denver within walking distance to the Colorado Convention Center. You can reserve your hotel through our housing bureau here.
It is extremely important to us that all of our conference attendees have a wonderful experience at bbcon. If you require special assistance or have dietary needs, please include them in appropriate section within your registration form. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
There is not a direct shuttle service provided from Denver International Airport to bbcon. However, there are multiple options for ground transportation once you land including buses, taxis, rideshares, commercial shuttles, and the University of Colorado A line rail that transports passengers directly to downtown Denver.
