In this hands-on workshop, you'll build your own app, connect it to Blackbaud data, and deploy it into your solution to automate a key nonprofit business process. With personal coaching you’ll develop new skills, create your first apps, and learn to apply these techniques to build more automation projects once you get home. 

You will create the following application during the workshop: 

• Create a Power App to gather common donor service requests from your Raiser’s Edge NXT users, such as biographical, contact information, deceased notification updates 
• Connect your Power App to your Raiser’s Edge NXT data 
• Create a Power Automate workflow for processing the donor service requests including Approvals and an Action audit trail 
• Deploy your app to Raiser’s Edge NXT so users can interact with it directly on a constituent record
