Join Blackbaud and Microsoft experts as they provide you with a guided tour and immersive experience using the latest AI technology available for the Microsoft Power Platform.  In this hands-on workshop, you'll get personal coaching as you build your own apps to automate key nonprofit business processes, as well as develop skills to apply low-code app development to even more automation projects. This workshop is intended for low-coders who already have some proficiency with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. 

You will create the following applications during the workshop (and maybe more!): 

• Donor service chat bot that will register a donor for an upcoming event 
• Automatically scan a pledge card and create a gift in Raiser’s Edge NXT 
• Scan incoming emails from donors and categorize them for follow-up based on sentiment analysis
