The Endowment for Health began surveying community partners in 2022 to collect staff and board demographic data. Demographic data collection provides an important opportunity to better understand the diversity of staff, leadership, and the communities we serve. We will share how we created and distributed the survey through Blackbaud Grantmaking, as well as our lessons learned from our community partners.
