A higher education professional with more than twenty years of experience, Katherine Halvorson currently serves as Director of Annual Giving and Engagement at Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.  She is a results-oriented, strategic leader focused on data-driven and donor-centric decision making, process improvement, and omni-channel outreach and engagement initiatives. Katherine is committed to reimagining and revitalizing alumni and donor engagement across the lifespan.  Katherine has a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication and Religion from Concordia College and a Master’s degree in Counseling and Student Affairs from Minnesota State University – Moorhead.
