Mike Reardon has been at Blackbaud nearly 14 years and is a manager for the Blackbaud Advisory+ Services where he supports a team that parners with customers to get the most out of their Blackbaud solutions. Ask me about it!  For a long time, Mike led the change management practice at Blackbaud where he helped teams as they were transitioning through major changes with Blackbaud solutions or other organizational change.  Prior to working at Blackbaud, Mike was a professor in the Dept of Communication at the College of Charleston, teching and researching numerous topics including Leadership, Organizational Culture, and more.  Mike lives in Charleston with his wife and four children and two dogs.
