Ariana is the Head of Talent Planning & Acquisition at Greenhouse. She began her career in the nonprofit world, given her lifelong pursuit of supporting mission-driven initiatives. Through this experience, she realized a passion for impacting the development of young professionals, which led her to pursue a career in talent. As a member of Greenhouse’s Senior Leadership Team, Ariana runs a global function that supports hiring and workforce planning for the company. Her team is continuously iterating on sourcing and assessment processes to identify the right talent, and has enabled Greenhouse to 10x in headcount. Ariana has led key hiring initiatives in new geographies, served in leadership positions on Greenhouse’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council and employee resource groups, and participates actively in Greenhouse’s Customer Advisory Board with various technology partners. Outside of all this, Ariana is a prolific content creator and has published countless blog posts and eBooks, has presented hiring thought leadership at numerous global webinars, events, and conferences, and has had the pleasure of hosting the Greenhouse podcast What’s your why?. Outside of work, she loves exploring intentional movement through yoga, dance, and rock climbing, and currently calls Las Vegas home.
