As a Business Intelligence Developer, Dereck oversees the delivery of information and process automation to boost productivity and create efficiencies to meet the Foundation’s needs. He performs data analysis; develops, document, and maintains reports and dashboards; and develops workflows designed to automate identified Foundation business processes.

Dereck lives in Fargo with his wife, Rafa, daughter, Rebecca, and their dog, Rudy. His previous work experience has been in the banking, higher education, and technology sectors.
