Crystal Adams has been in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility for 25+ years leading and managing corporate volunteerism, philanthropy, diversity, sustainability, and community initiatives. Although the titles and companies have changed, the ultimate focus has always been the same . . . helping the company and its people be the best versions of themselves. She currently serves as Associate Director of Corporate Responsibility at Crowe LLP where she has helped the company earn multiple Best Places to Work awards, most recently being named one of People’s Magazines Top 100 Companies that Care.
Crystal came to Colorado on a basketball scholarship for college and was quick to call it home proclaiming “with a view like this, my day can’t be so bad”. When asked how many children she has, she’ll proudly state Four – two by blood (referring to her adult twins Tony & Tasha) and two by love (referring to her daughter in law Donna and her sister Misti). She also has two 100lb fur babies (Zeus and Apollo) and her first grandbaby on the way to round out the pack.
Her personal goal and philosophy is to always “leave it better than she found it” and she wholeheartedly believes that one person can make a difference as evidenced by one of her favorite quotes “I’ve seen and met angels wearing the disguise of ordinary people living ordinary lives.”
