Elaine Tucker is Manager of Database Operations at Texas Women’s Foundation with extensive experience training users on a variety of Blackbaud solutions. Elaine joined TXWF in 2019 as an Information Systems Expert with over 25 years’ in database and process management, helping organizations set up their credit card processing, optimize their online donation forms, and streamline their back-office reconciliation. Elaine draws from her background in database administration, gift processing, and event management to create and present best practices for implementing Raiser's Edge NXT, Financial Edge NXT, Blackbaud Grantmaking, NetCommunity and customized databases to successfully leverage software tools in every professional role. Elaine's ability to present data in a user-friendly manner, paired with a continued drive to learn new tools and solutions, make her a great addition to any cross-functional team. 
Elaine Tucker's nonprofit background reflects her passion to serve people and communities. Previous work experience includes university, private school and cultural non-profits.
Elaine's favorite work-projects include training staff on technology systems and handling unique reporting requests from volunteers and staff. Elaine enjoys spending time with friends and family who are scattered across the state of Texas.
