Nick is the Founder & CEO of Momentum and a strategic advisor to other high-growth startups in the ecosystem.
Previously, Nick served as a Senior Behavioral Scientist at Dan Ariely’s Center for Advanced Hindsight and Startup Lab at Duke. Before that, he held fellowships at the University of British Columbia, the University of Oxford, and at the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies in DC.
His work has been featured in outlets like the The New York Times, The Washington Post, and The Atlantic and his research is published in journals like Nature, Computers in Human Behavior, and Social Science & Medicine.
He holds an MA in Psychology & Society from UBC, a BA in Philosophy and in Policy from Grinnell College, and a research fellowship in Neuroethics at Oxford. He enjoys pick-up basketball, soul music, and sitting on porches with close friends.
