Kristin Eggen is the Gift Officer at Seed Savers Exchange where she coordinates RENXT processes to steward over 14,000 donors and members who support preserving America’s garden heritage by saving and sharing heirloom garden seeds and plants. She has worked in fundraising for 7 years, is a member of the Upper Mississippi chapter of Associated Fundraising Professionals, and is trained in the Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter framework. She delights in leveraging systems to achieve the strategic goals required to move toward a more sustainable and connected community.
