Sharn Elder has over 20 years’ experience in the for-profit corporate and not-for profit sector working across multiple senior leadership roles and project management, delivering organisational change, development programs and people leadership. Sharn prides herself on being a strategic leader of change and growth, whilst developing and empowering the people around her.

Sharn has been with Breakthrough, in different leadership roles, since its inception in 2018 and played an integral role as the project manager, in the start-up of Breakthrough becoming an independent charity in 2020. Sharn is currently the Community Education and Training Manager at Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation, where she led the implementation of a new training business unit and oversees the daily operations and delivery of training programs within Breakthrough.
