T. Scott Blair has a BBA and MBA in Management Information Systems from Loyola University, Maryland.

He is Gonzaga's Senior Director of Advancement Systems and Analytics, where he oversees Gonzaga's Information Systems Department with an emphasis on leveraging Advancement Systems for fundraising, including Blackbaud products.

He has also been Gonzaga's Blackbaud site administrator, where he led all Blackbaud implementation projects internally, including the following Education Management Solutions: Blackbaud School Website System, Core, Blackbaud Tuition Management, Blackbaud Enrollment Management System, Blackbaud Student Information System, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT, and Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT.

He has taught computer programming classes in Basic, Pascal, C++, Visual Basic, and Python over 26 years at Gonzaga.
