Tom Mach has been a classroom teacher at Archbishop Spalding High School in Severn, MD for fifteen years and an Advanced Placement United States History teacher for the last eight. He is the school’s Director of Academic Data and is the school’s education-side expert for Blackbaud as well as Canvas.  He has presented at the AP US History Reading’s Best Practices Night, the National Catholic Educational Association’s annual conference, and presented at the Archdiocese of Baltimore’s Annual Technology Day on multiple occasions.  Tom was also a semifinalist as an Anne Arundel County Private School Teacher of the Year in 2016-17.

In his free time, Tom is the father of two daughters and a goalie for the DC Corruption- the reigning Men’s C Division Broomball National Champions. He is happy to see the Orioles not lose 100 games and will be wearing his 2018 Capitals Stanley Cup Champions hat well past 2018.
