For over a decade, Steph McCluskey has utilized her skills and drive to create positive change and deliver results at liberal arts colleges and universities. As a fundraising professional specializing in annual giving, Steph has experience in vital program areas including digital and direct marketing, volunteer and relationship management, event-based fundraising, and strategic planning. Steph joined the Blackbaud team as a Principal Business Consultant in December 2019 and now leads a team of consultants in Analytics Services. Before joining Blackbaud, Steph spent the previous 5 years as the Director of Annual Giving at St. Olaf College, a national liberal arts college in Northfield, MN.
