Throughout her career, Sandra Gray has demonstrated a passion for driving positive change and fostering collaborative, high-performing teams. She is an experienced problem solver and operations manager. She has experience consolidating and restructuring departments, leading business process transformations, and implementing metric-driven management practices.

Sandra joined Knox College, national liberal arts college in Galesburg, IL, as a Director of Advancement Services in 2016. She now serves as the Assistant Vice President for Advancement Operations managing Gifts & Records, Reporting & Analytics, Donor Relations, and Prospect Management as well as Annual Giving. Before joining Knox College, Sandra spent 15 years in the Financial Services industry.
