Mike has been at Blackbaud for over twelve years and serves as a Senior Principal Consultant for the Business Consulting Services team and leads the change management practice there. He has a passion for helping organizations transition to new solutions while focusing on effective communication and the human element of change. Before Blackbaud, Mike was a professor at the College of Charleston where he concentrated his teaching and research on the impact of technology on organizations and corporate culture. He was twice awarded Faculty of the Year honors. Mike lives in Charleston, SC with his wife and four children.
