Transitioning to the public sector, Joe led transformative initiatives at the Central Community Care Access Center, implementing an electronic referral system across seven hospitals to streamline patient discharge processes into home and community care. Under his adept leadership, the organization achieved exemplary accreditation status, showcasing Joe's commitment to operational excellence.

Currently serving as the Senior Director of Fundraising Operations at the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, Joe leads his team in centralizing administrative functions to enhance the donor experience. His recent achievement includes seamlessly migrating from Raiser's Edge to Blackbaud CRM, showcasing his effective change management and process enhancement strategies.
