Holly Elizabeth Herbert is a collaborative and cross-functional change leader. In her current role as the Director of Data Intelligence, she works at the intersection of data, process, and technology to ultimately drive digital transformation at Blackbaud. In 2023, as part of Blackbaud’s Intelligence for Good program, she began exploring how AI could be used to enhance the employee experience and drive increased productivity. A community builder at heart, her approach focused on building a program that centered around AI by employees rather than AI for employees. From that, AI for Blackbaud was born.

Holly has been with Blackbaud for 10 years. In her spare time, you will most likely find her on the water or walking her sweet puppy, Frankie Mae.
