Since joining Fred Hutch in 2018, Vanessa has put the software development skills she forged in the tech industry to good use in the nonprofit sector. The team she leads drives projects related to the systems, tools, and data that make it possible to raise funds for Fred Hutch's mission of uniting innovative research and compassionate care to prevent and eliminate cancer and infectious disease.
