As a Senior Principal, Customer Success Manager - Jim has been with Blackbaud for over 7 years. Prior to joining Blackbaud, he worked in the non profit industry for 25 years, with some great organizations; His journey included Tallhassee Sports Council, Special Olympics Florida, Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF), American Heart Association, CureSearch for Children's Cancer, and Food Allergy Research & Eduction. As his career spanned over the years, he garnered a vast experience in non profit management, fundraising/development, peer to peer, principal giving, technology, marketing, and regional/chapter management operations. Jim currently works as a CSM to align with Blackbaud's enterprise clients to drive success to yield postive outcomes.
