John is currently the Identity and Access Management (IAM) product manager. He joined the Blackbaud team with a wealth of product management experience across the financial services, education, real estate and recruitment industries. This has given him the ability to empathize with the diverse population that interact with the Blackbaud ecosystem while simultaneously maintaining focus on security and performance.
