Stephanie Walker, Vice President of Talent Acquisition & Inclusion, has been with Blackbaud for over 3 years, bringing together global teams focused on talent attraction, inclusion, volunteerism, philanthropy, and social responsibility. Collaborating with leaders, managers, employees, and external partners, she drives the strategy to empower the most inclusive experience for all.  This includes workforce planning and attraction of talent practices as well as giving, inclusive training, affinity groups and co-chairs the Inclusion & Sustainability Council with the CEO of Blackbaud.  

Prior to Blackbaud, with nearly 20 years at BNY Mellon, Stephanie led global talent acquisition for multiple global business groups. Throughout her career, she has prioritized creating an environment where candidates, employees, and her teams are valued, trusted, and deliver results.

Stephanie is also a board member of the non-profit organization Always B Smiling, which aims to create smiles for children and their families facing health challenges. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh.
