Mimi Klimberg is the Chief Technology and Analytics Officer of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, a large local nonprofit, where she has worked for over 10 years, Mimi focuses on building and securing the technology infrastructure, streamlining processes, developing analytics, and furthering the mission through technology and innovation. Mimi works extensively with Blackback CRM and BBIS, and has developed tools that facilitate real-time, personalized customer experiences. She has also partnered with third-party vendors, such as PaperSave (Pairsoft) to develop intelligent, automated gift processing. 

Mimi holds a master's degree in Information Technology Management from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in Finance from New York University. Mimi lives in Miami, Florida with her husband, Gustavo, and three children.
