Marleen first joined the Blackbaud team in 2013 managing projects and client work in the areas of Managed and Retainer Services, eventually migrating to the role of RENXT consultant. In 2022, Marleen joined the Analytics Services team as a strategic consultant and currently consults with clients to help them increase their fundraising efforts using Blackbaud Analytics.

Prior to joining Blackbaud Marleen spent several decades as a fundraiser focused in all areas of development serving a variety of non-profits including Central Washington University, Woodland Park Zoo, Museum of Glass and KPLU (now known as KNKX).
