Mollie Phukan is a Senior Vice President of Global Impact and Volunteer Engagement at Wells Fargo. In her role, she manages strategy and operations around employee giving, incentives and international philanthropy. During her tenure at Wells Fargo, Mollie has worked on small business and housing affordability issues and has held lead roles in the design and management of several large-scale social impact programs including the Open for Business Fund and Where We Live and has managed a grant portfolio of $100 million. Before joining Wells Fargo, Mollie led outreach initiatives and program mangement for the Iowa Department of Human Rights, the Iowa Asian Alliance and worked as a Peace Corps volunteer in Thailand focusing on community and small business development initiatives.
