Nick Mills, Senior Principal Business Consultant, joined Blackbaud in 2012.  Since then he has worked with hundreds of Foundations leveraging technology to maximize their outcomes.  As a senior member in Professional Services, Nick specializes in leading teams through complex implementation and integration projects successfully.  Nick's passion for community impact can be seen in his work with Grand Symphonic Winds, a civic Wind Ensemble based in his hometown of Minneapolis.
