Micco Fay is a Business Process Consultant with 8 years of experience in Award Management and Stewardship Management at Blackbaud. Additionally, Micco has 8 additional years of experience in consulting Higher Education organizations on Applicant Tracking and Hiring practices in software, totaling 16 years in the Higher Education space. Micco currently is a leader on the Blackbaud Award Management (BBAM) and Blackbaud Stewardship Management (BBSM) implementation team and has transitioned the business process for over 100 Universities, Colleges, and Foundations onto these platforms.

In addition to business consulting by day, by night and on the weekends, Micco serves on the Seminole Indian Scout Cemetery Association (SISCA) for preserving the history and culture of the Black Seminole Scouts of Texas. Micco is also a Toastmaster Speaker, volunteer and mentor for San Antonio Startup Week (SASW) and San Antonio Startup Intern program, guiding the next generation entrepreneurs and creatives as they chase their dreams.
