Jackie is a seasoned expert in nonprofit management and philanthropy, currently serving as Partners and Programs Manager at JustGiving. With a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas and a Certification in Non-Profit Management and Philanthropy, Jacqueline brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role.
At JustGiving, Jackie provides strategic guidance to nonprofit organizations, helping them leverage the platform to maximize their fundraising efforts. Her work includes coordinating customer enablement, planning onboarding journeys, and building comprehensive training programs. Jacqueline is also a regular contributor to fundraising thought leadership through webinars and podcasts.
Prior to her current role, Jackie was a Senior Instructor at Blackbaud University, where she taught nonprofits globally about best practices and the effective use of Blackbaud’s software (RENXT, LOTR, eTapestry, K12 Suite.)
