Erik joined Blackbaud in April 2016 as a Customer Success Manager, having spent the previous five years as the director of digital strategy at United to End Genocide, where he led strategic planning, online fundraising and advocacy campaigns, content development, brand management, and technical implementation. He now is a Product Manager, Innovation and runs Blackbaud's innovation events, including bbdevdays, Regional Power Platform Workshops, and monthly Power Platform User Groups.
